Elijah is a Marine Corps Veteran who worked with jet engines and stumbled across a passion for building. Through college he served as a veteran liaison and later president of the student AGC chapter with a focus on helping veterans into the construction world. At PLNU he pursued a MA in Organizational Leadership with a focus on the effective transition of veterans back into the civilian workforce. While with Hensel Phelps Elijah has been an integral part of veteran employment and more recently the pursuit of untapped talent in the HBCU's.
