Dianne Lee, executive director of business development and strategy at Kitchell, is a 16+ year construction industry veteran. In her book Leveraging Stereotypes to Your Advantage she shares her journey to success and the challenges she has had to face and overcome as an immigrant in America.

In a raw and honest collection of real-life experiences, Dianne Lee shows us we shouldn't be limited by the color of our skin; in fact, we should capitalize on every opportunity to design a life that is limitless. She speaks to how she has leveraged every adversity to create successful outcomes and how she is paying it forward in our industry.

She currently serves on four prestigious construction industry boards, she is the immediate past president of the Asian American Architects and Engineers Association (AAa/e), is currently serving a three year term as board of director and program chair for the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) Los Angeles Chapter and is on the board of the Construction Management Association of America Southern California (CMAA SC) chapter, in addition she serves on the executive board of the Western Winter Workshop conference. She has also been a speaker for SMPS HQ, ENR's Critical Path Podcast and the CMAA, and is frequently asked to share her expertise in business development and client management.
