Ms. Belt is a Senior Associate in Segal’s New York office. She currently works with clients in the corporate market and provides consulting advice on workforce and HR planning, transformational leadership, M&A analysis, and other broad solution-base strategies focused on helping organizations improve business results. Ms. Belt has experience in business strategy development, organizational design, business process improvement, talent strategy and management, and technology selection and implementation.
