"Projects are driven more by submarket amenities than overall primary market aspects. The multifamily market has seen significant growth over the past couple of years and is now delivering the same number of units as it did prior to the recession. Developers are beginning to show interest in condominiums again. The office and retail markets are starting to come back, led by mixed-use development, urban infill and adaptive re-use."
