As the Chief Development Officer for Maritime at the Port of Seattle, Hannah McIntosh leads departments responsible for planning and delivery of the Port’s maritime capital programs. Prior to the Port, Hannah managed capital planning, CIP development, portfolio management, and real estate and environmental permitting for King County Metro. She has also held key roles at the City of Seattle’s Department of Transportation, advancing Seattle’s waterfront redevelopment and spearheading strategic infrastructure planning and capital funding measure renewal. Hannah has advanced degrees from the University of Washington and Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium.
