Rocco Cetera is the Acting Assistant Director, Asset Management Division for the Tunnels, Bridges, and Terminals Department of The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. Rocco oversees the capital and operating programs for the George Washington Bridge (GWB), Lincoln Tunnel, Midtown Bus Terminal, Holland Tunnel, and Staten Island Bridges. Included in that portfolio are the Restoring the George Program, The Lincoln Tunnel Helix Replacement Program, The Holland Tunnel Sandy Restoration Program, and The Replacement of the Toll Collection System Program, as well as many other state of good repair projects that will maintain the structural health of the facilities over the next decade for the millions of customers who use them every year. Rocco has over 20 years of progressively responsible experience in project/program management and engineering design at the Port Authority. He has a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art and a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University. He is a licensed engineer in the State of New York, a Project Management Professional, and LEED AP BD+C.
