Beth Siegel serves as the Deputy Director for PATH department of the Port Authority where she leads and collaborates in team situations to for Business and Program Delivery. Beth is responsible for the management and development of PATH's $270M operating and $3.6M capital budgets, oversees PATH's procurement activities, and collaborates on the development of new strategic initiatives and real estate development opportunities. Beth is a senior management professional with progressive experience in policy development and implementation, strategic planning, economic development, public finance and personnel management in the public and private sector. She has committed her career to serving the public directly through her varying positions with the State of New Jersey including the NJ Economic Development Authority, School Construction Authority and Department of Environmental Protection and for the last 13 years with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. As a consultant at Ernst & Young she was able to assist her public sector clients in all areas of financial management and debt issuance. Beth is a graduate of Muhlenberg College, received her Master's in Public Finance from Seton Hall University and is a Wharton School of Business Gruss Fellow.
