Bryan Payne brings over 30 years of experience in transportation, K-14 and higher education; healthcare construction; public procurement and contract administration, and construction claims. His experience includes construction and design management; claims avoidance and resolution; and mediation and arbitration. Bryan has contributed to several of California’s most challenging and complex programs: LA Metro; Metrolink; California High Speed Rail; and the Los Angeles Community College District’s BuildLACCD Program. Bryan is a Registered Civil Engineer and a member of the State Bar of California. Bryan has testified as an expert witness and served as mediator for over 50 litigated cases for the Superior Court of Los Angeles County.
