This 52,000-sq-ft office/mixed-use building was a 1907 grey iron foundry, the project’s name represents its history as well as its capacity to be molded into a reimagined form.
The Marco Island Marriott was shut down to accommodate this fast-track, 90-day project that included the redevelopment of the resort’s lobby, porte cochere, grand entrance, two restaurants and main kitchen.
