Patricia Lombardi, P.E.

Patricia Lombardi, P.E. is a seasoned electric utility and project and construction management professional, now serving as senior vice president of project delivery at the New York Power Authority. With a nearly 20-year track record, she is passionate about advancing innovative and sustainable engineering and construction practices. Patricia leads a team of nearly 300 engineering, project and construction management professionals who manage a diverse portfolio of multiyear generation, transmission, infrastructure, energy efficiency and decarbonization programs and projects in excess of $5 billion.
Patricia joined the Authority in 2008 as an assistant project engineer in its project management department, advanced to vice president of project management in 2016 and has been in her current role since 2021. Previously, she was an assistant field superintendent at Turner Construction. Patricia earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and Master’s degree in construction management, both from Stevens Institute of Technology.
