Panelist: From Intention to Impact—Partnering to Drive Change in Advancing Women

Zylah Doria is an assistant vice president and civil engineer for WSP USA. In this role, she is the deputy lead of the Civil Design group in WSP’s San Francisco office and the design project manager for the three, underground stations of SFMTA’s Central Subway. She is passionate about women’s advancement in the industry and is an active member of Women’s Transportation Seminar (WTS), having participated in WTS’ Women’s Leadership Program, mentorship program, and as a committee member. Zylah also serves on WSP’s NorCal Inclusion & Diversity Task Force. Prior to joining WSP, she was a project manager for general contractors in Los Angeles and Las Vegas where she planned, directed, and managed iconic construction projects at Disneyland and on the Las Vegas strip.

Zylah is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of California, with a BS in civil and environmental engineering from UC Berkeley. She also holds LEED AP BD+C and PMP accreditations.
