Vicky began her professional safety career in 2004 after completing a BS degree in American culture studies at Cal State Fullerton and working as a project control engineer. Before that role, her construction career began as a journeyman piledriver/bridge carpenter throughout California. She holds a doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and published work on the impact of authentic leadership on safety climate. She is vice president of Health, Safety, and Environmental at Colas Inc. Vicky is committed to advancing health and positive safety culture through leadership development across the USA.
