Ted Lower is a consultant, coach/mentor, professor and former AEC sector CEO. Now CEO of LVNV Group, he consults for and teaches at architecture, engineering and construction industry firms of all sizes, business models and geographies, and for other private and public sector clients. Ted is known as a subject matter expert in coaching/mentoring, executive development, cultural transformation and advancement of women. Ted is the former president of EA Engineering, former COO at ICF Kaiser, former CEO of Eco Global and co-founder of the human resources/leadership practice at AEC management consulting firm EFCG. A visiting professor at numerous universities, US and global, he holds a Ph.D. from the Stern School of Business at NYU.
