Tasha Sherbanuk is an executive project director based in Calgary, Canada and currently leads Fluor’s Project Execution Services team. Since joining the company in 1997 as a mechanical engineer, Tasha has held a variety of roles in project management and operations. She has led an engineering alliance for a pipelines company, managed projects in Canada’s oil sands and gulf coast refineries, as well as in significant South African facilities. Most recently, she served in project leadership roles in the home office and site on the LNG Canada project.
Tasha has a passion for diversity, equity and inclusion and has spent the past two years serving as Fluor’s Global GROW president. GROW is Fluor’s employee resource group with the mission to grow representation and opportunities for women.
