Stephanie V. Burns is a seasoned community executive with over 20 years of experience in outreach, utilization, community service and employee engagement. Notably, she has been an integral player in some of Turner’s most iconic building projects including the New York Aquarium, Madison Square Garden, JetBlue Terminal 5, Yankee Stadium, and Citi Group to ensure delivery of a minimum of 20% UBE utilization. In addition to her outfacing work with the community, within Turner she is a mentor to many and a champion of employee engagement and volunteerism to a team of over 1,000 employees.

Recognized as a subject matter expert in the construction industry, Stephanie serves on several boards including the BTEA MWBE Leadership Council, President of Women’s Builders Council, YMCA and New York Women Chamber of Commerce. She is regularly sought out to speak on behalf of Turner Construction and has received numerous accolades for her work including an award from the Eagle Academy for her work to implement a mentor program focused on serving black male youth in the City.

Stephanie is a native New Yorker, graduated from City College.
