Sheila has a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from the University at Albany. She has been with CRH for 33 years beginning her career as a quality control technician and progressing to senior vice president at Callanan Industries. Sheila has held leadership roles in quality control, sales, and operations and has been active in multiple industry associations. Recently, she took on the position of North Division HMA performance manager at the CRH corporate level.
