Seyran Celik, a civil engineer with an MS in geotechnical engineering, is a partner at claims consulting firm HKA based in Miami. As an engineer and claims consultant, Seyran has worked on various large-scale construction projects in the US, Europe, Australia and Latin America. In her current role at HKA, she provides advice to her clients on geotechnical engineering, analysis of delay, disruption and cost claims during project execution and in litigation and dispute resolution proceedings, including mediation and international arbitration. Seyran also chairs HKA’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion committee for the Americas.
