As director of industry advancement for Procore, Sasha leads the social impact team focused on elevating the construction industry. Procore.org delivers free continuing education and access to Procore’s technology to non-profit builders, Universities, and Union Training Centers, while advocating for Women and Minorities in support of diversifying the construction workforce. With a combined 18 years of experience in construction and technology, she is known industry-wide as a “conversation facilitator”. She’s hosted roundtables, panel discussions, and podcasts, creating platforms across the globe. She’s been a featured presenter at numerous national and international conferences, including the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA), Federal Project Delivery Symposium, BIM Show Live in the UK, and recently featured in a mini-documentary entitled, “The Power of Standards”, created by The B1M.
