Saria Gwin Maye is a Union Ironworker for CHC Fabrication of Local 44 in Cincinnati Ohio. A 34 year veteran in the industry, she has been a standout ironworker on job sites across Ohio on, Cincinnati Children's Hospital, Cincinnati | 75 Bridge, P&G Development and The Freedom Center projects, just to name a few. Saria has utilized her knowledge in the Construction trade and her Communication skills to educate others and be a great asset to her field. As the only female in her apprenticeship class when she started, she is passionate about promoting the trades and recruiting a new diverse generation of Ironworkers. She is a devoted mother, and wife to Jerry Maye, a union operator.
