Ruchira has over 15 years of experience in project management, engineering design, and construction management.
She began her career working for a Fortune 500 engineering and construction firm (Jacobs Engineering), focusing on downstream oil and gas, where she functioned in both process and project engineering capacities on mid and large-scale capital projects for the industry’s leading companies. Her responsibilities included advising multi-national oil refiners on a range of high visibility: optimization, expansion, maintenance, reliability and regulatory projects. On these projects she was responsible for managing teams of engineers, designers, and contractors through a full array execution phases from strategy and planning, design, construction, and closeout.
After transitioning to management consulting (Enstoa, PricewaterhouseCoopers) her roles have primarily focused on proactively engaging with project stakeholders across industries within the construction sector to set and meet project and operational objectives; leading the development of, adoption of, and compliance with organizational governance; and conceptualizing digitals tool rooted in foundational project management practices to ensure her Clients are equipped with reliable data to effectively manage their capital project portfolios.
Ruchira has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering with a specialization in Materials Science from the University of California, Irvine.
