Robert Schraeder has managed over four billion dollars of projects throughout his career. He is a leader in the construction and design industry and the former President of the American Society of Civil Engineers Construction Institute. A licensed Professional Engineer, he is unique in project management with experience both in design and construction. In addition to attaining Bachelor of Science degrees in Civil Engineering and Applied Mathematics, he earned a Master of Divinity from Talbot School of Theology and has been a lifelong learner integrating biblical wisdom with leadership and managing projects. A gifted speaker and teacher, Robert is a professional Leadership Coach and President of Schraeder Solutions.
