As vice president and general manager of the Burns & McDonnell California offices, Rashmi leads a team of more than 300 to deliver critical infrastructure projects in the energy, aviation, mission-critical, manufacturing, federal, construction, environmental and technology industries. She has more than 20 years of experience in leading teams to deliver innovative solutions for clients and is passionate about fostering inclusive teams that celebrate differences and create opportunities for innovation and collaboration. Additionally, Rashmi is engaged in industry and community organizations throughout the region, serving in leadership roles for the California Chamber, Valley Industry & Commerce Association and LAX Coastal Chamber of Commerce. She is passionate about giving back to the community and supporting the next generation of women leaders.
