Oby Chiapa is the operation manager at Group PMX, responsible for the strategic development and growth of the firm's aviation practice.
Oby is experienced in public finance and budgeting, public infrastructure, and community engagement. Prior to Group PMX, she served as the vice president of portfolio management at the New York City Economic Development Corp., where she led the operations of federal, state, and local funded grants totaling $5.6 billion.
She earned an MPA in public management from Baruch College and a BS in psychology and sociology from Stony Brook University.
