Nathalie N. Vergoulias is an associate at Peckar & Abramson’s Miami office, where she represents a range of clients throughout the construction industry. Her practice primarily concentrates on construction law, complex dispute resolution, and commercial litigation. An energetic counselor and legal advisor, Nathalie has successfully handled a diverse range of contract disputes and legal transactions on behalf of her clients, both in Florida and across the U.S.

As a Certified General Contractor with a BS and an MS in construction management, Nathalie offers her clients a wealth of industry insight and hands-on construction experience. She often possesses firsthand knowledge of a client’s perspective, as well as the specific nuances and challenges involved in construction-related disputes. She is fluent in Spanish and English, and regularly handles multi-cultural transactions and disputes and assists clients with strategic legal decisions.

Nathalie received her BS in construction management from Florida International University School of Engineering and Computing and graduated through the Honors College. Nathalie earned her MS in construction management and JD degrees jointly from the University of Florida M.E. Rinker Sr., School of Construction Management and the Levin College of Law. During law school, Nathalie served as a general board editor for both the Florida Journal of International Law and the Journal of Technology Law & Policy. Nathalie served as a general board member of the Florida Business Moot Court. While in law school, Nathalie received the Book Award in the Conservation Clinic, Distinction in Trial Practice, and served as a judicial intern in 2014 for the Honorable Judge Barbara Lagoa at the Third District Court of Appeal, Miami.
