Virtual Roundtable: Women in the Field

Natasha Ozybko is a co-founder and current president of Women of Asphalt (WofA). Her career in sales and marketing is vast with experience across diverse verticals including asphalt pavement products, medical instruments, and textiles. Natasha is a tireless advocate for empowering women and girls to reach their fullest potential. Natasha was honored by Construction Dive Business Journal as a 2021 Construction Champion: Tradeswoman Leader, which spotlights top female leaders who exemplify the female-driven intuition, dedication and intelligence shaping the industry. In 2017, recognizing the need for a platform to support women in the industry, Natasha and four of her colleagues launched WofA. As a 501c6 non-profit, WofA is now a national coalition supporting women in all aspects of the asphalt industry through mentoring, education, and advocacy. WofA not only encourages women to seek careers in the asphalt industry but to inspire and develop future leaders. To date the organization has almost 1,600 members and is preparing to launch its 11th state branch. A thought leader in her industry, Natasha is frequently sought to speak on her experiences, challenges, and successes in advocating for women in a male-dominated industry. She’s a four-time Ironman triathlete and lives in Atlanta, Georgia.
