Monica Perrin is a senior project manager for Arizona State University’s Capital Programs Management Group managing large projects and a PhD candidate in construction management. She was responsible for the LEED Platinum awarded Biodesign Institute C building. It was awarded ENR Southwest’s 2018 Best Higher Education Research Project and was a finalist for Project of the Year. Monica is currently managing the new $175 million, 258,000 sq ft Interdisciplinary Science and Technology 7 building that will be a high-performance research facility for ASU programs with additional public spaces that is set for completion in late 2021. Her expertise includes mechanical engineering, utility construction, environmental air quality and project management with a focus on strong teamwork between the university and project participants.
