Lisa Kelly recently completed 12 years at EarthCam, where she was the Vice President of New Business. Under her leadership, the company grew threefold in revenue and headcount. A hands-on executive, Lisa managed national teams in sales, marketing and business development. Her new company, Intentional Solutions, is helping businesses increase profit and decrease inefficiencies using analytics, collaboration, focus, support and laughter. This process is successful because of the combination of leveling up an understanding of the sales journey and aligning marketing in a trackable way.

Her passion is growing the workforce and digital transformation of the A/E/C industry by training young people in underserved communities and supporting MWBE firms who can use assistance scaling their business. Lisa has served on the Technology Board of CMAA, Membership Board of NY Professional Women in Construction and is currently on the Diversity Board of the NY School Construction Authority as well as the Board of Governors for the Empire Ball, raising millions for diabetes research. She was recently recognized as a Notable LGBTQ Leader by Crain’s New York and a Women’s Ambassador at NY Build.

Lisa has a Master’s in International Business Management from Harvard University and a pet turtle named Theo.
