Lunch Table Host: Forging a Path to Leadership through Operations

Kerriann has been in the construction industry for 25 years. She started her career at Bechtel where she had her first exposure to construction in Pocatello, Idaho. After Bechtel, she worked for DPR, Inc and Lem Construction before finally settling in at Webcor. During her 19 year career at Webcor, she has rotated through multiple roles in different operational departments. Her first role at Webcor was as an assistant project manager for Webcor Carpentry, Webcor’s self-perform finished carpentry division, where she learned how to detail doors, frames and hardware. From there she rotated to the general contracting side where she performed buyout and preconstruction on public works projects like San Francisco (Zuckerberg) General Hospital and the Moscone Center Rebuild, ran the exterior skin and wood structure at the Cathedral Christ the Light in Oakland, and managed the changes and claims on a federal hospital job in Guam. As is often the case, her career has come full circle, as her current role is running Webcor Carpentry.
