Kelley Cowan is a project executive with XL Construction, a commercial general contractor based in northern California, where “We Build to Improve Lives.” She graduated from UCLA with a BS in civil engineering and has over 25 years of construction operations and preconstruction experience in the education, healthcare, biopharmaceutical, and corporate campus markets.
A third-generation construction professional, Kelley is the immediate past president of the Sacramento Regional Builders Exchange Board of Directors, was a founding board member of the ACE (now CREATE) Mentor Program of Greater Sacramento, and was recognized as a leading professional in the Sacramento Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” List for her focus on leadership, community service, and workforce development.
