Julie has over 25 years of human resources senior management leadership experience in private and public sectors and union and non-union environments. Her experience in multiple HR disciplines includes organizational development, employee recruitment and retention, staff training and development, employee and labor relations, compensation and benefits, payroll management, safety programs and OSHA, HR records management, HR policy development and legal compliance. She holds SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications. Julie currently serves as Rosendin’s director of human resources. Rosendin is the largest private electrical contractor in the nation with over 7,400 employees with regional offices in 9 states.
