Julie is EFCG’s talent strategy practice lead, advising clients in the architecture, engineering, and construction industries. She joins EFCG from Accenture’s Strategy Consulting group where she was a manager focused on talent and organizational design. She has a broad range of experience with post-merger integration, change management strategy, and organizational design. Kelly leads the Lockton Talent & Culture group’s client-facing strategy and growth activities, including its expansive DEI Strategy Practice. Kelly also leads Lockton's Talent & Culture Institute, which focuses on advancing workplace practices at the community level by fostering mutual learning and growth among leaders.
