Joan is EFCG’s director of conferences, head of Internal HR and is passionate about sustainability. She is responsible for all five of EFCG's executive conferences, and is also a psychotherapist in private practice, holding both a PhD and certificate in psychoanalytic psychotherapy. She has a BS from Syracuse University, an MA from Boston College, and a PhD from Adelphi University.
