Jiayue “Jenny” He is a CEO with over 15 years of professional experience. After seven years at consultant McKinsey, where she worked with a range of industrial clients, she transitioned to the tech startup world, founding Ergeon in 2018 with the vision of revolutionizing the trillion-dollar U.S. construction industry.

Ergeon is a technology-enabled construction company transforming how construction services are delivered by creating the ideal contractor experience for homeowners while empowering small, local contractors to become "super contractors." Since its inception, the company has completed over 35,000 home improvement projects, gaining an industry-leading Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 72, far exceeding its average of 0. In just 7 years, Ergeon has grown to a team of 300+ staff members across 40+ countries, operating as a fully distributed workforce from day one and expanding its partnership with Home Depot. The company has raised a total of $83 million from MetaProp, Prysm Capital, Basis Set Ventures and other investors.

Holding contractor licenses in 13 states, Jenny takes a hands-on approach to leadership and is frequently invited to speak at industry conferences and to podcasts and peer groups. She earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Ph.D. in Computer Networking from Princeton University.
