Brailsford & Dunlavey
Jenny Derry is a program manager in Northern California for Brailsford & Dunlavey, a development advisory and program management firm with offices across the country. With more than 20 years of experience in the built environment, Jenny’s advisory services focus on portfolio and program development, project management, and the implementation of large bond projects. She advises clients during the lifecycle of a project, from project definition through completion of the facility.
A Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Jenny is also a member of the Collegiate Implementation Group, a B&D practice group specializing in the planning and implementation of higher education facilities. Her current work includes planning and implementation projects at San Jose Evergreen Community College District, North Orange Coast Community College District, San Jose State, Sacramento State University, and CSU Monterey Bay.
Jenny often speaks to student groups, including college students pursuing careers in project management. A lifelong California resident, she started her career as a development advisor to the Board of Supervisors in Santa Clara County, and owned her own design-build firm for 15 years before joining Brailsford & Dunlavey.
