Jacqueline “Jacque” Hinman serves as CEO of Atlas Technical Consultants, a $650M revenue U.S.-based infrastructure and environmental solutions provider with 3,500 employees in 100 offices across the U.S. She joined the company in January 2024.

Between 2017 and 2024, Jacque served as a senior advisor for three private equity firms (sequentially: Apollo Global Management, Blackstone, and Carlyle Group). She analyzed firms in the infrastructure, energy, and environmental sectors for potential acquisition, and provided operating oversight and advice to management teams.

From 2014 to 2017, Jacque served as Chairman, President and CEO of CH2M HILL, a Fortune 500 engineering and construction management firm. The firm was acquired by Jacobs Solutions in December 2017. CH2M HILL delivered environmental, water, transportation, energy, sport/event, and industrial projects around the world, with annual revenue in 2017 of $5.4 billion, delivered by 20,000 employees in 40 countries. Prior to becoming CEO, Jacque served as president of CH2M’s International Division, overseeing $2.5B of annual revenue outside of the U.S. Earlier in her 20-year career at the firm, she held numerous operations and business development roles, including as Executive VP of M&A.

Jacque was also previously with Tyco/ Earth Tech, serving as Senior Vice President of the facilities and infrastructure division. She originally joined the company when it acquired Talisman Partners, a 50-person infrastructure and environmental financial analysis technology business that she cofounded and led as the CEO.

Jacque currently serves as a board member of Dow Chemical (NYSE: DOW) and International Paper (NYSE: IP). She previously served on the boards of AECOM (NYSE: ACM) and Geosyntec (Blackstone), and on the board and executive committee of Catalyst, a leading nonprofit organization accelerating progress for women. She has been a member of the Business Roundtable, Business Council and the Council of Chief Executives.

Jacque is a civil engineering graduate of Penn State University and attended the Stanford University Executive Program. She is a registered professional engineer and a registered LEED Accredited Professional. She lives in Maryland with her husband George and 3 energetic Australian cattle dogs.
