Lunch Table Host: Culture Shift at Ground Level

Jackie G. Naumann is a project engineer and estimator at Zachry Construction Corp. based in Charlotte, N.C. who joined the firm in 2018. She had been a cost manager; business controller and design engineer at Skanska, working for the firm in the US and Sweden on several large P3 and other projects and a Skanska Stretch participant for two years. She says what started out as an assignment as a cost engineer led to a successful career in cost analysis, process and procedure evaluation, and gaining experience in building effective teams. Jackie also was a transportation engineer for the North Carolina Dept. of Transportation. She holds BS degrees in civil engineering and in French literature from Penn State University.

Lunch Table Topic: Culture Shift at Ground Level
