She is responsible for Gilbane’s Southeast Division that includes Florida, Georgia and South Carolina and leads the global growth and profitability of Gilbane’s four federal business units—environmental, fuels, U.S. construction and international construction. Heidi’s leadership role focuses on implementing the company’s Vision 2025 plan to achieve strategic growth and delivering operational excellence to clients. A strong advocate for the advancement for women, Heidi is the executive sponsor of empoWer, Gilbane’s employee resource group dedicated to inspiring women to lead.
