Gina Bigler

Gina Bigler is the Director of Construction for the $19B John F. Kennedy Airport Redevelopment Program. Gina currently oversees all construction work associated with the program, including two state of the art new terminals; roadways, bridges, utilities, airfield paving and parking garage construction. Gina has 15 years of Port Authority experience, beginning as a Structural Engineer on major projects at Newark Liberty International Airport and Teterboro Airports. She was also a Project Manager for the LGA Airport Redevelopment Program. Gina holds a Bachelor and Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Polytechnic Institute of New York University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New York. She is an Associate Design-Build Professional and Envision Sustainability Professional.
