Ms. Walgram is a senior consultant in Segal’s Compensation and Career Strategies practice. She partners with clients on a variety of projects, including total rewards strategy, internal pay equity, executive compensation, career frameworks, sales compensation and change management. Ms. Walgram works with organizations in a broad range of industries including privately held and publically traded organizations. Many of Ms. Walgram’s clients are family-owned or closely held companies. She received her MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and her BA with honors from the University of Chicago. Ms. Walgram is a member of WorldatWork and SHRM.
