Carolina is an executive director with 12 years’ experience in the brewing industry. Her dynamic career and background ranges from operations, leading innovation and new processes in the industry, to projects planning and execution, CapEx management and technology development. Her latest accomplishment was creating the organizational design of AB-Inbev’s Global Engineering Center of Excellence, where she now oversees global technical specifications, global suppliers relationships, strategic projects execution and performance. Adding to her industrial engineering degree, she’s also passionate about people development, having served as AB-Inbev University instructor for Project Management Methodology for 5 years. Carolina serves as a council member for WEISS (AB-Inbev Brazilian division group for gender equality) and as a volunteer member of the AB-Inbev Global D&I Committee in the Women in Leadership development group.
