Carol Warkoczewski, AIA, MSOLE, is senior architect (previously city architect) with the City of San Antonio. She is also the founder of the Institute for Leadership in Capital Projects (I-LinCP), its mission: “Evolve the capital projects industry through sharing of knowledge for optimized leadership, delivery, and performance.” Before starting at the City, Carol led her own consulting company, worked with the University of Texas System-OFPC, the consortium FIATECH (under CII), and for GSC Architects and others in Austin. Carol is a recognized leader in the construction industry and speaks internationally on leadership, collaboration, and tools for developing and delivering successful projects.
