As director of product management, Carla leads Lex Machina’s efforts to bring legal analytics to all areas of the law. She has been with Lex Machina since the company was a Silicon Valley start-up through to its acquisition by LexisNexis.
Carla previously practiced public interest law to promote access to information and the use of legal data in policy decision making. She is a member of the California bar and earned a JD from Duke University. Carla also received a PhD from Duke in microbial evolution and a BSc from the University of British Columbia.
