Ms. Morgan is an employment coordinator at Nontraditional Employment for Women. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the City University of New York. She has over 5 years of experience in the job development sector and working with nonprofits who serve vulnerable populations. She is passionate about empowering women to overcome barriers and achieve economic self-sufficiency.

Ms. Morgan ensures that the women of NEW receive the tools and support they need to thrive within the construction industry. She has provided presentations on best practices in the provision of supportive services to women returning to the workforce with such agencies as the Workforce Professionals Training Institute, New York City, and the Employment and Training Administration of the U.S. Department of Labor and Bedford Stuyvesant Restoration Corp. Ms. Morgan is deeply invested in social justice, education, and inclusion. She has chosen the avenues of workforce development to make a difference in the world. Ms. Morgan believes that nontraditional employment opportunities for women can change communities and are building blocks for a thriving life.
