Anne Timmermans, LEED AP BD+C, CCM
Senior Consultant/Construction Manager
Anne is a Senior Consultant/Construction Manager out of the downtown Seattle Parametrix office. She has been working in the construction management industry in the NW since graduating from the University of Washington in 2004 as an undergraduate. She also obtained her Certificate of Construction Management in 2008, and eventually her Master of Science in Construction Management in 2010 from there as well. She has been a lead PM/CM for projects such as the Port of Seattle’s Consolidated Rental Car Facility (which had a program value of $420m), the Everett, WA 777x Composite Wing Facility for Boeing, and most recently the renovation/addition of the north satellite at the SeaTac Airport. She is currently serving as a general board member for the Pacific NW CMAA Chapter, and was the acting president from 2016-2018. She has been with the Pacific NW CMAA Chapter since 2010. Anne also serves as the Scholarship chair for the Pacific NW Chapter, and is one of the local instructors for the Certified Construction Management program. She recently moderated a panel entitled ‘Wonder Women: Achieving Excellence in the Construction Industry’ at the 2018 National CMAA conference-a first of its kind! In 2012, she was the recipient of the Building Design and Construction Magazine’s ’40 Under 40’ award. She was also very recently promoted to be the lead for the PM/CM for the Seattle Parametrix office, and will oversee staff, project pursuits, all while maintaining a few anchor clients. When not working, you can find Anne roaming the streets of Seattle with her senior lab, Cooper, and 4 year old beagle/chihuahua/terrier mix, Clover.
