Angie has been a leader in the Bay Area construction industry for many years. She is a registered Professional Mechanical Engineer and CEO of Western Allied Mechanical where she has worked for 34 years. Western Allied Mechanical is a design/build mechanical contractor that did over 100 Million in volume last year. They specialize in life sciences and sustainable projects.

Angie graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a BS in mechanical engineering and played NCAA softball for 4 years. She has been active in Bay Area SMACNA (Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors National Association) for almost 20 years, serving on the board and as president in 2007. Angie was then asked to be on the National SMACNA Board from 2007-11 and became national SMACNA president in October of 2019. This is the first time in the 75 year old organization of 1800 contractors in the US and Canada that a women is serving as head. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic – Angie will remain president of National SMACNA until Oct of 2021. She also is co-chair of the SMACNA Women in Construction leadership council and is vice-chair of the New Horizon’s foundation.
