Agnes has 37 years of experience in the civil engineering field with major emphasis on construction management of roadway, highway, bridge, and water facilities. She began her career with Caltrans in an entry level position, transitioning to a leadership role as senior resident engineer, and culminating as a senior engineer in project management. Throughout her 11-year tenure, Agnes was responsible for the management of multi-million-dollar construction projects while managing large numbers of staff. Over the past 26 years’ she has worked in the consulting industry as a contract manager, chief operations officer, president, and chief strategy officer. Currently with TRC Companies as senior vice president supporting TRC leadership team in continued success through excellent client service and employee management, management of on-going contracts, and providing for cross practice and sector collaboration related to CM services. Agnes earned her BS in civil engineering from San Diego State University, Professional Engineer license in 5 states and her Certified Construction Management Manager designation from CMAA.
