Todd Miller is a Vice President of Operations for Balfour Beatty Construction based out of their Portland, OR office. He served as the lead operations executive for Balfour Beatty’s 2020 transition onto Procore, where they currently use the Project Management and Financial Management suites of tools. In his 25+yrs in construction, Todd has constructed projects ranging from $100,000 to $800M working both as General Contractor and Owner’s Representative. He has extensive experience in CM/GC, Collaborative Delivery, and Progressive Design-Build delivery methods which he’s leveraged on projects for clients such as Microsoft, Intel and Amazon.
