Timothy Wensing is President of CMC Construction, where he leads the strategic delivery of complex luxury high-rise projects across Miami. With more than four decades of industry experience, Wensing has directed the full design and construction process from concept through completion, including team assembly, coordination of architects and engineers, cost estimating, constructability review, and value engineering. Trained early in his career as an instructor in Total Quality Management, Wensing has built his leadership philosophy on disciplined processes and continuous improvement. Before joining CMC, he worked at Kitchell Contractors, then spent 18 years with global contractor Bovis Lend Lease, and held progressive roles that culminated as Vice President of Operations for Florida. During his career, he has successfully delivered numerous large and complex projects such as the Four Seasons Hotel & Residences in Miami, Universal Studios in Orlando, and a series of luxury high rise residential endeavors that define the skyline of Miami.
