Tim works with the National Innovation Team at DPR, leading the East Coast R&D on cutting edge technology, running pilot programs and developing strategic programs to align project level innovations with industry trends and client demands. Tim's primary goal is to drive DPR’s “Ever Forward” culture, encouraging and supporting employees to find solutions to project challenges that increase efficiency, ultimately bringing value to customers. Tim supports both local and national innovation strategies, working cross-functionally with construction technology leads and innovation core groups to test and prove these construction solutions.
