Prior to joining McKinsey in April 2016, T.G. spent over 35 years in leadership roles in capital projects organizations both with contractor and owner companies on projects all over the world. He has led several large projects in oil and gas, LNG, mining and metals, pulp and paper, and power. He built high-performing project organizations from the ground up.
